Sponsors with products and services relevant to the conference can enjoy access to the attendees with a strategically placed booth space(s) and signage displayed in the exhibit area.
Your exhibitor sponsorship will include a 10' x 10' space for your exhibition booth with pipe & drape, table, chairs and 120vac/20amp electrical service as well as your company's name and logo prominently displayed on an easel display and on the welcoming conference information. The exhibits will be open during 2 business lunches and 2 evening receptions with door prizes, drawings, open bars and excellent food stations with the Chief Nuclear Officers/senior managers from the utilities and their guests in attendance. You'll also receive one conference registration that covers both your meeting attendee and their spouse ($995 value). The fee for this exhibitor-sponsorship is $4,200.
In addition, each exhibitor sponsorship includes
- your firm listed in the conference brochure
- your company name included on the conference tote bag
- your company logo, description of services / products, and contact information included on the USA website for the period of time between your commitment and the next year's sign-up deadline
- access to a mailing list of all conference attendees
Hosting Opportunities
- Host a breakfast ($2,500), luncheon ($4,000), or break ($2,000) during the annual business meeting
- Ensure high traffic to your booth space by hosting a bar ($6,000), food station ($6,000) or dessert bar ($2,000)
