Registration Policies and Details

  • Online registrations will be accepted until midnight Monday, June 18th, 2018. After this time registration will be available onsite between 4-6 pm on June 19th, 2018.
  • All Cancellations are subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after May 16, 2018 will NOT be refunded. To cancel your registration, submit your name, company name, and registration identification number to caschmi@wcnoc.com. Cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone and refunds will be processed post-event. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.
  • There is no charge for name change substitutions between employees of the same company. All substitution requests must be in writing to caschmi@wcnoc.com.
