Dear Nuclear Industry Colleague,
You and your spouse/significant other are cordially invited to join us June 7 through 9, 2017
at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, FL
for the 23rd annual Nuclear Generator and Supplier Executive Summit, hosted by Utilities Service Alliance, Inc. (USA).
We are returning to the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island
, where southern charm, magnificent scenery and casually elegant surroundings exemplify the gentle ambience of this barrier island's luxury beachfront resort. Located on a grand stretch of pristine coastline, this North Florida resort is the perfect place to reconnect and recharge. You will revel in the stunning coastal views revealed from the private balcony of luxurious accommodations inspired by the ocean, surrender to serenity at the on-site spa, indulge in fine dining, or play 18 holes on the private golf course, lined with ancient, moss-covered oaks. At the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, time stands still for a day, a week, forever.
To build upon our ongoing pursuit of operational and safety excellence and our willingness to collaborate with our colleagues, the theme for our 2017 conference will be "Delivering Value – Back to the Basics." Our presentations will provide real learning opportunities for leaders in any business that must ensure their organization is aware of and implementing best practices that will help their company deliver value to their customers – internally and externally. Another learning opportunity for senior leaders will be our extensive "Suppliers Solutions Showcase". During these exhibitions/hosted receptions, our supplier partners will display the latest technologies, services and products available to the industry to help ensure safe and efficient operations.
In a casual, open and non-judgmental environment, we will candidly discuss these topics and learn from one another so we may more effectively work together for mutual success. As always, our entire conference experience will be informal and relaxed. We strongly encourage spouse/significant other attendance and they are welcome to attend all hosted social and recreational activities. An enjoyable spouse program will be provided on Thursday while our business session is in progress.
Because all of us involved in this conference and in the nuclear power industry are committed to exceptional corporate citizenship, we will once again conduct a charity fundraising event. Our "Casino Night" will take place on Wednesday evening, June 7 with the proceeds once again benefitting the St. Bonaventure Indian Mission Water Delivery Program, which provides adequate potable water to the homes of the 40% of the Navajo Nation that lack running water. USA was proud to support this organization in 2016 and we look forward to doing so again this year. It will be an evening of enjoyable entertainment for a very worthwhile cause.
If there are other senior leaders within your organization who would benefit from this conference, please feel free to extend this invitation to them as well. Also, a few supplier exhibition and sponsorship opportunities are still available. If you are interested in educating this group of senior decision-makers on your newest technology, services and products this gathering offers a great opportunity.
If you have any questions regarding the conference or USA, please contact our Conference Director, Jim Kitchens, at (913) 905-9266 or e-mail him at email@example.com
. Register & book your hotel room by May 5 and receive a special early registration gift.
I look forward to you and your spouse/significant other joining us for the most valuable industry conference you'll attend this year (in addition to some well-earned, enjoyable time together).
