The USA Management Council and Core Peer Team Leaders met in early December to review fleet progress this past year and goals for 2014.
“Looking back on the past year, USA has made significant progress across the fleet,” said USA CEO Carl Parry. “Our behavior initiative has led to increased engagement and a commitment to drive our members towards top quartile performance.”
Each core peer team leader reviewed their team’s 2014 business goals with input from their peers. The discussion was quite lively as team leaders also shared their gaps towards excellence and the support they would need to be successful. The team leaders also discussed best practices and what was working within their teams.
“If you look at our core peer teams, the engagement and progress has been quite noticeable this year,” said USA Vice President – Operational Performance John Christensen. “The teams recognize the impact they can have across the fleet when everyone is engaged. They are eager to build upon this success in 2014.”
