Manufacturing
Our in-house CNC Lath, Mill, Saw, Multi-Axis Machining, and Threading machines allow us to control quality and delivery. T&T’s team of CNC and Conventional Machinists are trained and seasoned with experience.
Testing & Inspection
T&T’s Laboratory performs Chemical Analysis, Machined Specimen Tensile, Axial Tensile, Wedge Tensile, Proof Load, Cone Strip Proof Load, Rockwell Hardness, Brinell Hardness, 24 Hour Elevated Hardness, Macroetch, and X-Ray Coating Thickness Examination.
Non-Destructive Examination
All ASME Section III Class 1 bolts, studs, and nuts greater than 1” nominal bolt size are provided by T&T will be inspected by Magnetic Particle Examination in accordance with NB-2583 (for Ferritic Steel Bolting Material Only) or Liquid Penetrant Examination in accordance with NB-2584. All ASME Section III Class 1 bolts, studs, and nuts greater than 2” nominal bolt size will be ultrasonically examined over the entire cylindrical surface prior to threading in accordance with ASME NB-2585.

Our in-house nuclear fastener inspectors have the skill and fastener inspection equipment needed to meet your CGD needs.
Nuclear Fastener Inspection Education Course
T&T has a mission “To help people win”. To fulfill this mission, T&T developed a nuclear fastener inspection training course to help industry professionals better understand the nuts and bolts they work with every day. This course will help improve knowledge and understanding of technical requirements for nuclear fastener’s visual and dimensional inspection.
