Coinciding with recent governance model changes and membership adjustments, the Utilities Service Alliance (USA) has updated its Membership Level designations to more clearly and accurately reflect membership status and benefits.
Effective immediately, USA will designate three levels of USA membership: Full Member, Efficiency Member and Affiliate Member (see table below).

The Full Member level coincides with the prior Class A level membership. The Efficiency level coincides with former Class C level membership.  Affiliate level membership is a specialty level membership for other fleets and industry operators.  No changes have been made to the benefits of any level.

“Updated Membership Level designations help members, suppliers and other stakeholders better understand the value USA provides and the scope of its impact on the nuclear generation industry,” says Carl Parry, USA President and Chief Executive Officer. “They’re also a reminder of the amount of resource and expertise sharing that’s occurring among plants that are dedicated to the continuous pursuit of safe, reliable, cost-effective production.”
